The rear derailleur can be shifted normally through the App
Both buttons of the hand shifter only shift the rear derailleur in one single direction
No light lights up on the hand shifter after pressing the small button
The small button is confirmed faulty
Issue Type 2- Hand Shifter Hardware Failure
Please follow the reference video to reconnect the rear derailleur with the magnetic charging cable, re-pair the system, and confirm that the shifters are successfully connected in the WHEELTOP App.
Use the WHEELTOP App to shift the rear derailleur. Please refer to the video below for the detailed procedure.
Then try shifting with the shifters and confirm that the rear derailleur does not respond.
