WHEELTOP ensures the original retail purchaser that our WHEELTOP bicycle department products are free from material and workmanship defects throughout the warranty period. The commencement of the warranty period is determined by the delivery date. Your satisfaction and confidence in our products are our top prioritiesies.
Warranty Limitations
Please note that Wheeltop's warranty policies are based on the laws and regulations of the countries or regions where customers purchase the products. Therefore, the warranty policies may vary in different areas.
The WHEELTOP warranty policy is effective only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. If you have purchased a second-hand product or a product resold to you by another user, it is not covered under the WHEELTOP warranty policy.
European Union Market Area
In accordance with the directive on the sale of consumer goods and associated guarantees in the European Union, sellers are required to remedy defects that existed at the time of delivery and become apparent within 2 years.
Therefore, WHEELTOP is committed to provide customers who purchased the products from wheeltop.com in the European Union region with warranty service for a duration of 2 years from the day the package is delivered.
Other Market Areas
WHEELTOP is committed to provide customers who purchased the products from wheeltop.com in markets other than the European Union with warranty service for a duration of 1 year from the day the package is delivered.

- Labor costs incurred for disassembly, reinstallation, and adjustment of the product within bicycle assembly.
- Normal wear and tear of the product.

If you wish to file a warranty claim, please contact us at service@wheeltop.com. Our customer service team will guide you through the claim process. When submitting a claim, please ensure that you have the product's order number and the original proof of purchase ready, displaying the purchase date and all relevant details of the product. Any claims regarding the limited warranty must be notified to us within a reasonable time after you notice the defect, and in no event shall it exceed the expiration date of the warranty period.

The warranty of the product is the responsibility of the channel through which the product is sold. If you wish to file a warranty claim, please contact your original purchase channel. If your original purchasing channel refuses to honor the warranty responsibility, please contact us.
