Can these groupsets be set as a 1x chainring system?
YES, you could disconnect the FD by following the steps below.
1.Bind the groupset to the Wheeltop APP.
2.Use the "Device shuts down" function within the APP to turn off the system.
3.Utilize a magnetic charging cable to power on the RD(without performing any actions on the FD).
4.Simultaneously press the left and right shifters and wait for the rear derailleur to exit pairing mode (indicated by the blue light no longer flashing).
5.At this point, the RD will be in a state where it is not paired to the FD.

How to connect to the Wheeltop APP?
1. As the product is charged, it is set to safe mode during transportation, you need to power up the front and back toggles with the magnetic charging cable after receiving the product, after that it can be used normally.
2. Search 'Wheeltop' in Google Play or App Store to get the APP.
3. Open the APP and log in, click the "+" at the bottom of the homepage and turn on the Bluetooth of your cell phone, the APP will automatically search for nearby devices.
4. EDS TX will be displayed in "Bindable Devices", click to bind.
5. After binding, click the Bluetooth icon on the upper right corner, APP will search for the device and connect to it, then you can use the functions normally.

How can I get after-sale service if I didn’t purchase from the official website.

Great product easy to install and configure using youtube video; I hope that in future FW release will be implemented synchronized shifting.
Sometimes, it's better to trust your senses and instincts rather than strictly following instructions. Tuning the front derailleur (FD) gave me a hard time. I constantly experienced chain rub at the extreme positions.
When I reached out to Wheeltop’s after-sales service, they advised me to follow the instructions. So I did—over and over again—without resolving the issue.
What was the problem? The key step in setting up the front derailleur is adjusting the limit screws before the initial setup. The instructions say to turn limit screw C counterclockwise to move the FD outward. I kept turning the screw almost all the way out, but it didn’t help.
And today, I finally figured out why: The instructions are wrong! You actually need to turn it clockwise!
I can't believe I didn’t try that sooner, but there it is. Now everything works perfectly—no chain rub, and shifting is smooth as silk.

Hi, I'm really pleasantly surprised so far. I've only ridden on the road twice, but I've ridden a lot on the rollers. I just don't like the distance between the brake levers, even with big hands it's a bit difficult. Right now I have an 11v but I'll soon upgrade to a 12v. I'd like to be able to access spare parts from the app.
I recommend wheeltop to everyone, it works correctly and has very good customer service.
