Customers who purchase this product through can enjoy a no reason return and refund service within 30 days from the next day after receiving the product, and the return shipping fee will be borne by WheelTop.

However, when returning products purchased from WheelTop, please remember some important points:

  1. Customers must present a valid purchase receipt when returning the product. Customers must ensure that the returned goods maintain their original quality and function, appearance is intact, the trademarks and all kinds of labels of the product and accessories are complete. If there are gifts, they must be returned together. Returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged by human factors, the packaging box is missing, or the accessories are missing.
  2. Within seven days from the day of receiving the returned goods, the payment will be refunded to the customer. The refund method is the same as the payment method.The specific date of arrival may be affected by factors such as banks and payment institutions.
  3. Within 30 days from the next day after the customer signs for the product, if there is non-human damage performance failure, after being confirmed by the warehouse inspection, WheelTop will handle the return service for the customer. Customers must present a valid purchase receipt. If there are gifts, they must be returned together.
